Flow of Diagnosis

1. Always check for applicable Technical Service Bulletins.
2. Don't overlook obvious problems such as spark plugs and or wires.
3. Complete the DRIVEABILITY and REPAIR HISTORY worksheets found in Technical/Management Support.
4. Determine correct course of action.
