Clutch: Service and Repair

1. Top off reservoir with the recommended brake fluid.






2. Connect a transparent vinyl tube to the air bleeder valve.
3. Fully depress the clutch pedal several times.

CAUTION: Carefully monitor fluid level at the master cylinder during bleeding operation as damage could occur if the fluid level drops too low.

4. With clutch pedal depressed, open bleeder valve to release air.
5. Close bleeder valve.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 repeatedly until break fluid flows rom air bleeder valve without air bubbles.






7. Bleed air from clutch piping connector according to the same procedure.
8. Repeat both bleeding procedures several times.
