Overall Performance Test, Overall System

TEST CONDITION
For Auto Air Conditioner, before conducting performance test, disconnect ambient sensor harness connector and make short circuit using jumper cable.

Test Reading Ambient Temperature:

Testing must be performed as follows:
Vehicle location: Indoors or in the shade (in a well ventilated place)

- Doors: Closed
- Door window: Open
- Hood: Open
- TEMP.: Max. COLD
- Discharge Air: Face Vent
- REC switch: (Recirculation) set
- FAN speed: 4
- Engine speed: 1,500 rpm
- Time required before starting testing after air conditioner starts operating: More than 10 minutes
