NOTE: You MUST use a high quality (10 megohm impedance or more) DVOM for these tests. Be sure to follow the positive and negative lead instructions exactly as given. "Some continuity" is defined as any resistance between zero and infinite ohms.


#1 Radiator Fan Relay
Resistance between terminals coil terminals 1 and 2 continuity

#2 Radiator Fan Relay
Resistance between terminals coil terminals 1 and 2 continuity

Throttle Sensor
Voltage between terminals A and B at idle [1] 0.45 - 0.55 VDC

Vehicle Speed Sensor
Resistance value [4] alternates between open & closed

VTC. Solenoid
Operating voltage 12 VDC
Resistance value continuity
