Potentio Balance Resistor

Pinpoint Testing Air Mix Door Motor:

Test the Potentio Balance Resistor (PBR) integrally with the Air Mix Door Motor. Apply power and ground to pins 18 and 19 of the motor connector as shown in the illustration and measure the resistance of the PBR across pins 16 and 27.

PBR Testing:

Expected results of the resistance test are shown in the graph.
