Diagnostic Procedure
Parts description
The line pressure solenoid valve regulates the oil pump discharge pressure to suit the driving condition in response to a signal sent from the A/T control unit.
Trouble judgment conditions
Diagnostic trouble code detecting condition
With CONSULT
1. Start engine.
2. Select "SELF-DIAG RESULTS" mode with CONSULT.
3. With brake pedal depressed, shift the lever from P -> N -> D -> N -> P.
With Generic Scan Tool
1. Start engine.
2. With brake pedal depressed, shift the lever from P -> N -> D -> N -> P.
3. Select "MODE 3" WITH GENERIC SCAN TOOL.
Without Scan Tool
1. Start engine.
2. With brake pedal depressed, shift the lever from P -> N -> D -> N -> P.
3. Perform self-diagnosis.
