TECH-MATE SERVICE EQUIPMENT AND SPECIAL TOOLS PROGRAM
SERVICE INFORMATION
This bulletin introduces the Tech-Mate Service Equipment and Special Tools Program.
In support of Fixed Right First Time, NMC is pleased to announce the combination of two programs, Tech-Mate Service Equipment and Kent-Moore Special Service Tools. The new program is called "Tech-Mate Service Equipment and Special Tools Program" and will provide all Nissan dealers with the efficiency and convenience of "one stop shopping". By calling 800-NMC-2001, you can order Service Equipment and/or Special Service Tools from friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel.

This program will assist Nissan dealers by increasing their ability to provide a high level of customer service and building long term customer loyalty through a firm commitment to quality service repairs. Under separate cover, all Nissan dealership Service Managers will receive a "Program Reference Materials Binder" containing all of the pertinent program information such as catalogs, price lists and brochures.
