Engine Control Module: Description and Operation

Engine Control Module:

PURPOSE
To control the Electronic Concentrated Engine Control System (ECCS).

OPERATION
The Engine control Module (ECM), consisting of a diagnostic mode selector, inspection lamps, microcomputer and connectors for inputs, outputs and power supply, uses input signals from various sensors and components to control engine operation.
