OVERALL FUNCTION CHECK
This procedure can be used for checking the overall function of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve and canister control solenoid valve circuit. During this check, a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) might not be confirmed.
1) Start engine and warm it up sufficiently.
2) Turn ignition switch "OFF" and wait for at least 3 seconds.
3) Start engine again.

4) Check the voltage between Engine Control Module (ECM) terminal (103) and ground at idle speed.

Voltage: 0.06-0.11 volts

5) Check that the voltage changes to battery voltage and returns to 0.06-0.11 volts when the engine speed increases to about 3,600 rpm.
