EVAP SYSTEM PRESSURE SENSOR

SERVICE INFORMATION

If one of the applied vehicles has a MIL "on" condition and DTC P0450 (EVAP system pressure sensor), P0443 (EVAP purge control valve & solenoid valve) or P0446 (EVAP vent control valve) stored, the cause may be the EVAP system pressure sensor.

There is a countermeasure sensor available to resolve this incident.

SERVICE PROCEDURE





1. Use the Trouble Diagnosis For DTC P0450 to test the EVAP system pressure sensor and circuit.

2. Replace the sensor if necessary with the countermeasure part from the table .
