Throttle Position Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

Closed throttle position switch (idle position)
- Check continuity between terminals (3) and (2).
- To adjust closed throttle position switch, perform "Basic Inspection", "TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS - Basic Inspection".







Wide open throttle position switch
- Check continuity between terminals (2) and (1).
