Fluid Level Check

FLUID CHECK

NOTE: Fluid level should be checked using "HOT range on dipstick at fluid temperature of (151-171°F) after vehicle has been driven approximately 15 minutes under normal driving conditions.

1. Check for fluid leakage.
2. Park vehicle on level surface and set parking brake.
3. Start engine, then move gear selector lever through all gear ranges, ending in Park.
4. Check fluid level with engine idling.
5. If fluid level is low, add Dexron II fluid to charging pipe. Do not overfill transaxle fluid.
