1995-96 SENTRA/200SX MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK SWITCH FINISHER REMOVAL

SERVICE PROCEDURE

When replacing the driver's main power window and door lock switch in a 1995-1996 Sentra/200SX, perform the following steps to avoid breaking the switch finisher front retaining hook:

1. Remove the driver's door window main switch finisher retaining screw from the door pull recess.

2. Lift the rear of the switch finisher assembly straight up as shown in Figure 1. Continue to lift upward until the lower edge of the door finisher clears the door pull recess. Do not lift any more than is necessary to clear the door pull recess.

3. Slide the finisher assembly to the rear approximately one inch until the front retaining hook releases from the door panel.
