When removing wheel hub or wheel bearing from knuckle, replace wheel bearing assembly (outer race, inner race and grease seals) with a new one.
Wheel hub bearing does not usually require maintenance. If any of the following occurs, replace wheel bearing assembly.
1. Growling noise is emitted from wheel hub bearing during operation.
2. Wheel hub bearing drags or turns roughly. This occurs when turning hub by hand after bearing lock nut is tightened to specified torque.
