Without Tachometer

With the ignition switch in the ON or START position, power is supplied:
^ through 1O A fuse (No. (8) , located in the fuse block [J/B])
^ to combination meter terminal (34) for the water temperature gauge, fuel gauge and speedometer. Ground is supplied:
^ to combination meter terminal (30)
^ through body grounds (M43),(M44) and (M60).
The vehicle speed sensor provides a voltage signal to the combination meter for the speedometer. The voltage is supplied:
^ to combination meter terminals (23) and (22) for the speedometer
^ from terminals (1) and (2) of the vehicle speed sensor.
The speedometer converts the voltage into the vehicle speed displayed.
