Component Tests and General Diagnostics

CONSULT INSPECTION PROCEDURE/TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS

1. Turn ignition switch "OFF".





2. Connect "CONSULT" to the data link connector.
3. Turn ignition switch "ON".





4. Touch "START".





5. Touch "IVMS".





6. Touch "ROOM LAMP TIMER".





^ DATA MONITOR and ACTIVE TEST are available for the interior lamp control.

Diagnostic Procedure 1





SYMPTOM: Interior lamp does not illuminate/does not turn off when door is opened/closed.

SYMPTOM: Interior lamp timer does not operate/does not cancel properly.
