Camshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

COMPONENT INSPECTION
Camshaft Position Sensor
1. Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
2. Check voltage between ECM terminals (40), (41) and engine ground.
Terminal (40) (or (44)) and engine around
Terminal (41) (or (44)) and engine ground
If NG, replace distributor assembly with camshaft-position sensor.
