IF YOU CONFIRM:





A wind noise from the upper rear corner of a front door-left or right side (see Figure 1),

ACTIONS:

^ Replace the foam seal on the back side of the upper rear corner of the glass run.

^ Install foam seal in the upper rear corner of the door welt.

The purpose of "ACTIONS" (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire Service Procedure as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Replace Foam Seal on the Back Side of the Upper Corner of the Glass Run.

NOTE:
The following illustrations are for the left side door. Use the same procedure for a right side door.





1. Pull the glass run loose from the upper rear corner.

2. Completely clean off the old foam seal.





3. Install the new foam seal.

^ Use seal 80334-ZB000 listed in the Parts Information (size 5 mm x 8 mm x 100 mm).

^ Put the seal on so each end is equal distance from the corner.

4. Reinstall the glass run.

^ Make sure the glass run is fully seated into its channel.

^ Install Foam Seal in the Upper Rear Corner of the Door Welt.





5. Pull back the edge of the door welt as shown in Figure 4.





6. Install the foam seal as shown in Figure 5.

^ Use seal 76926-ZB000 listed in the Parts Information (size 10 mm x 8 mm x 90 mm).

^ You may need to shorten (trim) the seal a small amount to make it fit correctly.
