SERVICE PROCEDURE:
1. Remove the door panel (finisher)
^ Refer to section EI of the Service Manual (ESM) for door panel removal information.
2. Make sure all the bolts marked with a circle or a square in Figure 1 are tight.
NOTE:
^ The two bolts shown above with the square around them hold the window glass to the regulator.
^ You will need to roll the window to the correct position to see these bolts.
a. If any bolts were found loose:
^ You should tighten them to complete the repair.
^ The loose bolts are likely the cause of your incident and this bulletin does not apply.
^ Refer to the current Nissan Warranty Flat Rate Manual and use the indicated information for claims coding of loose bolt repair.
b. If no bolts are found loose, continue with step 3 of this procedure.
3. Adjust/reposition the lower front window channel as follows (see Figure 2):
a. Loosen the lower front window channel bolts.
b. Move the top bolt as much as possible toward the front of the vehicle.
c. Move the bottom bolt as much as possible toward the rear of the vehicle.

NOTE:
The bolts will move only a little. This small movement will be enough to fix the incident.
4. Remove the door speaker.
5. While looking into the speaker opening, roll the window up and down.
6. Observe the window glass moving in and out of the channel.
^ Make sure it enters and exits the channel smoothly without making any noise.
