Service Procedure: Overview

In this procedure, you'll:

^ Replace the catalytic converter and front exhaust tube

^ Reprogram the Electronic Control Unit (ECU)

The following parts will be needed:





^ Exhaust kit (see Figure 1)

^ Front Exhaust Tube (see Figure 1)

^ Catalytic Converter (see Figure 1)

NOTE:

The following special tools will be needed:





^ CONSULT-II and related components (see Figure 2)





^ Oxygen Sensor Wrench (see Figure 3)
