Trunk / Liftgate Striker: Service and Repair

STRIKER REMOVAL
1. Remove the trunk rear plate and trunk rear finisher. Refer to "TRUNK ROOM TRIM & TRUNK LID FINISHER" .
2. Remove the bolts and the trunk lock support from the vehicle.
3. After removing the harness connector, remove the bolts, and the striker from the trunk lock support.


LOCK AND STRIKER INSTALLATION
1. Install the trunk lid lock and striker.
2. After installing, close the trunk lid lightly. Perform the lock and surface height adjustment. Refer to BL-80, "Fitting Adjustment". Adjustments
3. After installing, check the operation.
