IF YOU CONFIRM:
While listening to FM radio while driving, the treble fades in and out, and/or the radio switches from stereo to mono.
ACTION:
Replace the radio head unit.
^ Order the replacement through the Panasonic Exchange Program.
^ When ordering the replacement unit, you need to give Panasonic the radio head unit's number. The part number will begin with "28185".
^ To determine the radio part number:
> Refer to the audio matrix section of the most current Dealer Parts Book/CD. The matrix lists part no. information by audio component, vehicle model and model year. It also identifies the supplier of the audio component.

> Use the WINFAST parts system by entering the full VIN.
^ For radio head unit replacement information, refer to section AV in the appropriate Service Manual (ESM).
