IF YOU CONFIRM:

Center console cluster lid C finisher needs to be replaced for any reason.

ACTION





^ Remove the Cluster lid C assembly. From this assembly remove the following: (as applicable to the options on the vehicle you are working on)

1. HVAC controller assembly,

2. CD/cassette trim piece,

3. Bin assembly from the inside of the original cluster lid C finisher.

^ Reinstall the above to a new Cluster lid C finisher.

^ Use one of the finishers (depending on color, CD and NAVI options) from those listed in the Parts Information.

Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim using the claims coding table.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Remove cluster lid C assembly. See the IP section in the respective Service Manual.





2. Remove the HVAC control assembly from the top of cluster lid C (see Figure 2)





3. Remove the CD/cassette trim piece from the center as applicable (see Figure 3).





4. Remove the bin assembly from the bottom (see Figure 4).

5. Install the bin, the CD/cassette trim piece (as applicable), and the HVAC control assembly to the back of the new cluster lid C finisher.

6. Install cluster lid C assembly in the reverse order of removal.
