Traction Control Module: Service and Repair

ACTUATOR
Removal
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Drain brake fluid. Refer to Changing Brake Fluid.
3. Remove the A/C high pressure and A/C low pressure lines.
4. Remove strut tower bar (if equipped).
5. Remove mounting bracket bolts.
6. Disconnect harness connector and brake lines.

Installation
1. Connect brake lines temporarily.
2. Tighten bolts.
3. Tighten brake lines.
4. Connect harness connector and negative battery cable.
5. Install strut tower bar (if equipped).
6. Refill and bleed the brake fluid. Then bleed air. Refer to Bleeding Brake System.
7. Install the A/C high pressure and A/C low pressure lines. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system.
