IF YOU CONFIRM
It is difficult to dial a Bluetooth(R)-connect phone number by voice.
And
The customer is using an approved Bluetooth(R) phone (see WWW.nissanusa.com/bluetooth).
And
Speaker Adaptation (SA) has been performed (See Altima Owner's Manual 4-57)
And
The Bluetooth(R) control unit in the vehicle has either of the following numbers on the case:
^ 28383-JK61A or 28383-JK600
ACTION:
1. Request the customer to say a phone number by voice.
2. Confirm the system response does/does not match what was spoken.
3. If it does not match, proceed to replace the Bluetooth(R) Control Unit (Power Cont Unit - Tel) with the one listed in this bulletin.

appropriate Electronic Service Manual if needed.
