Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove the door finisher panel.




2. Remove the outer door module bolts (A) and the 2 top regulator bolts (B).
3. Reconnect the power window switch to the door harness.
4. Operate the power window main switch to raise/lower the door glass until the door glass bolts can be seen.




5. Disconnect the window motor connector (A).




6. Raise the door glass and hold with a suction lifter (A).




7. Remove the door glass bolts (A).
8. Remove the door glass bolts and the door module assembly.

INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL
Check the regulator assembly for the following items. If a malfunction is detected, replace or grease it.
- Excessive cable wear.




- Regulator channel deformation (A).




- Apply grease for each sliding part. Apply grease at the application points (A) as shown.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal. Reset Limit Switch after Installation: Setting of Limit Switch
