BACK DOOR : Adjustment


ADJUSTMENT





















LONGITUDINAL CLEARANCE
1. Remove the center pillar upper and lower trim. Refer to Sedan.
2. Loosen the upper pillar hinge nuts.
3. Loosen the lower pillar hinge bolts.
4. Raise or lower the door at the rear edge to adjust.
5. Tighten the lower pillar hinge bolts.
6. Tighten the upper pillar hinge nuts.
7. Install the center pillar upper and lower trim. Refer to Sedan.

SURFACE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1. Loosen the hinge nuts.
2. Move the top and or the bottom in or out as necessary until it is within specification.





3. Tighten the hinge nuts to specification.
