RADIATOR CORE SUPPORT


Removal and Installation












REMOVAL
1. Remove front bumper reinforcement. Refer to Coupe.
2. Remove head lamps (LH/RH). Refer to Headlamp.
3. Remove air duct. Refer to QR25DE, Service and Repair VQ35DE Service and Repair.
4. Remove the radiator cooling fans. Refer to QR25DE Service and Repair, VQ35DE Service and Repair.
5. Remove the radiator. Refer to QR25DE Service and Repair, VQ35DE Service and Repair.
6. Remove the hood lock control. Refer to Coupe.
7. Remove ambient sensor. Refer to Service and Repair.
8. Remove crash zone sensor. Refer to Crash Zone Sensor.
9. Remove air guides (LH/RH).
10. Remove power steering fluid cooler. Refer to QR25DE Removal And Installation, VQ35DE or .
11. Remove horn (High/Low). Refer to Service and Repair.
12. Remove the harness clips from the radiator core support assembly and position the harness aside.
13. Remove the hood support rod.
14. Remove the bolts and the radiator core support.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
