RADIATOR CORE SUPPORT


Removal and Installation












REMOVAL
1. Remove front bumper reinforcement. Refer to Sedan.
2. Remove head lamps (LH/RH). Refer to Removal and Installation.
3. Remove air duct. Refer to Service and Repair QR25DE, Service and Repair VQ35DE.
4. Remove the radiator cooling fans. Refer to Service and Repair QR25DE, Service and Repair VQ35DE.
5. Remove the radiator. Refer to Service and Repair QR25DE, Service and Repair VQ35DE.
6. Remove the hood lock control. Refer to Sedan With Intelligent Key.
7. Remove ambient sensor. Refer to Service and Repair.
8. Remove crash zone sensor. Refer to Crash Zone Sensor.
9. Remove air guides (LH/RH).
10. Remove power steering fluid cooler. Refer to Removal And Installation QR25DE, or VQ35DE.
11. Remove horn (High/Low). Refer to Service and Repair.
12. Remove the harness clips from the radiator core support assembly, the harness is separate.
13. Remove the hood support rod.
14. Remove the bolts and the radiator core support.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
