IF YOU CONFIRM
The rear wheel wind deflector (also referred to as a "mudguard") in the LH and/or RH side of an Applied Vehicle is:
^ Loose
^ hanging down, or
^ has come off.
ACTIONS
1. If the wind deflector(s) is missing or is no longer in good condition:
^ Replace the wind deflector with the part listed in the Parts Information section of this bulletin.
2. Install the new nut and bolt listed in the Parts Information section to the outer bolt hole of both (LH and RH) wind deflectors.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. If missing or no longer in good condition, replace the wind deflector(s) with the new part listed in the Parts Information section.
2. Use the existing grommet and screw, if available, to attach the new wind deflector to the inner bolt hole.
^ If not available, use the new grommet and screw listed in the Parts Information section.
3. Remove the screw and grommet from the outer bolt hole, if installed.
4. Attach the new/existing wind deflector to the outer bolt hole.
a) Insert the locator tab on the wind deflector into the hole shown in Figure 3.
b) Install the new nut and bolt listed in the Parts Information section
