Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK POWER POSITION
Check if ignition switch position is changing or not.
Does ignition switch position change?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - Check BCM for DTC. Testing and Inspection.
2.CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check door switch. Door Switch Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CHECK TRUNK ROOM LAMP SWITCH
Check trunk room lamp switch. Testing and Inspection.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
4.CHECK KEY SLOT
Check key slot. Key Slot Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
5.CHECK INSIDE KEY ANTENNA
Check inside key antenna.
- Instrument center: B2621.
- Console: Inside Antenna Roadster.
- Trunk room: Inside Antenna Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 6.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
6.CHECK BUZZER (COMBINATION METER)
Check buzzer (combination meter). Buzzer (Combination Meter) Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 7.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
7.CHECK COMBINATION METER DISPLAY
Check combination meter display. Combination Meter Display Function Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 8.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
8.CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER
Check Intelligent Key warning buzzer. Intelligent Key Warning Buzzer Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 9.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
9.CHECK KEY SLOT INDICATOR
Check key slot indicator. Key Slot Indicator Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 10.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
10.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES - Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident Regular Grade.
NO - GO TO 1.
