Description
Detects door open/closed condition.




Component Function Check
1.CHECK FUNCTION
Check automatic window adjusting function.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Door switch is OK.
NO - SEE Diagnosis Procedure.




Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check door switch. Door Switch Roadster.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK DOOR SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL
Check voltage between driver side power window main switch harness connector and ground.






Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Replace power window main switch. Roadster.
NO - GO TO 3.
3.CHECK DOOR SWITCH CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect power window main switch connector and driver side power window motor connector.
3. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and driver side door switch harness connector.





4. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
4.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Intermittent Incident Regular Grade.
