Radiator Cooling Fan: Service and Repair





COOLING FAN


Removal and Installation












REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the 12-volt battery negative terminal. Removal And Installation.
2. Remove engine under cover. Service and Repair.
3. Partially drain engine coolant from radiator, condenser and liquid tank assembly. Changing Engine Coolant.

CAUTION:
Perform when engine and inverter are cold.
4. Remove inverter upper bracket.
5. Drain inverter coolant from sub-radiator. Replacement.
6. Remove front air duct. Service and Repair.
7. Disconnect radiator upper hose.

NOTE:
Cap or plug opening(s) to prevent fluid from spilling.
8. Remove sub radiator coolant reservoir tank.

NOTE:
Cap or plug opening(s) to prevent fluid from spilling.
9. Disconnect ECM.
10. Remove ECM and bracket assembly.
11. Disconnect radiator cooling fan controller.
12. Remove radiator cooling fan assembly.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
