Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK DTC WITH BCM, TCM AND COMBINATION METER
Check that DTC is not detected with BCM, TCM and combination meter.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO-1 - Testing and Inspection. (BCM)
NO-2 - Testing and Inspection. (TCM)
NO-3 - Testing and Inspection. (Combination meter)
2.CHECK COMBINATION METER BUZZER
Check combination meter buzzer. Meter Buzzer Circuit.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER
Check Intelligent Key warning buzzer. Intelligent Key Warning Buzzer.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
4.CHECK DOOR SWITCH
Check front door switch (driver side). With Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
5.CHECK INSIDE KEY ANTENNA
Check inside key antenna.
- Instrument center: B2621.
- Console: B2622.
- Luggage room: B2623.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 6.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
6.CHECK KEY WARNING LAMP
Check key warning lamp. Key Warning Lamp.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 7.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
7.REPLACE BCM
1. Replace BCM. Removal And Installation With Intelligent Key System.
2. Confirm the operation after replacement.
Is the result normal?
YES - INSPECTION END
NO - Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
