Vehicle Speed Sensing Auto Lock Operation Does Not Operate

VEHICLE SPEED SENSING AUTO LOCK OPERATION DOES NOT OPERATE

Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK AUTOMATIC LOCK/UNLOCK SELECT SETTING IN WORK SUPPORT

1.Select DOOR LOCK of BCM using CONSULT.
2.Select AUTOMATIC LOCK/UNLOCK SELECT in WORK SUPPORT mode.
3.Check AUTOMATIC LOCK/UNLOCK SELECT setting in WORK SUPPORT.
Refer to "DOOR LOCK : CONSULT Function (BCM DOOR LOCK)" With Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Set Lock Only or Lock/Unlock in WORK SUPPORT.

2. CHECK AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT SETTING IN WORK SUPPORT

1.Select DOOR LOCK of BCM using CONSULT.
2.Select AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT in WORK SUPPORT mode.
3.Check AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT setting in WORK SUPPORT.
Refer to "DOOR LOCK : CONSULT Function (BCM DOOR LOCK)" With Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Set VH SPD in AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT.

3. REPLACE BCM

1.Replace BCM. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Service and Repair.
2.Confirm the operation after replacement.
Is the result normal?
YES- Inspection End.
NO- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
