Manual Parking Brakes

1. Depress parking brake lever to three ratchet clicks.
2. Raise and support vehicle, then clean and lubricate exposed threads on parking brake adjusting rod.
3. Tighten adjusting nut on parking brake cable until right rear wheel can be turned towards the rear with two hands but cannot be turned forward.
4. Release parking brake, rear wheels should now turn freely.
5. Lower vehicle.
