First Speed Only-No Upshift

1. Sticking governor valve.
2. Governor driven gear is damaged.
3. Governor driven gear retainer pin missing.
4. Nicks or burrs on output shaft.
5. Correct governor retainer pin in case (longer or shorter).
6. Burrs on governor sleeve.
7. Burrs on governor case.
8. Governor weights and springs damaged.
9. 1-2 shaft valve sticking.
10. Valve body gaskets or spacer plate are improperly positioned.
11. Valve body pad-porosity and or damaged lands.
12. Restricted or damaged governor screen.
13. 2-4 servo apply passages, servo apply pin and pin hole in case, restricted or damaged.
14. Damaged or missing servo piston seals.
15. 2-4 band assembly burned, band anchor pin not engaged.
16. 2-4 band assembly apply end broken.
