No Overrun Braking-Manual 3-2-1

1. External manual linkage not properly adjusted.
2. Overrun clutch plates burned.
3. Overrun clutch inner or outer piston seals damaged.
4. Overrun clutch piston exhaust ball sticking or missing.
5. Overrun clutch piston porosity.
6. Valve body gaskets or spacer plate improperly positioned or orifice holes plugged.
7. Valve body 4-3 sequence valve sticking.
8. Valve body check balls 3, 9 or 10 improperly positioned.
9. Turbine shaft oil feed passages restricted or missing.
10. Turbine shaft oil seal ring damaged.
11. Turbine shaft plug missing.
