Oil Pressure High or Low

1. Improperly adjusted or malfunctioning TV system. Refer to THROTTLE VALVE (TV) SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS.
2. Pump pressure regulator valve binding, dirty or damaged spring.
3. TV and reverse boost plug and bushing are dirty, sticking, damaged or incorrectly assembled.
4. Pump assembly pressure relief ball not seated or damaged.
5. Pump assembly slide sticking.
6. Pump assembly not regulating.
7. Excess rotor clearance in pump assembly.
8. Manual valve not engaged or damaged.
9. TV exhaust valve binding or damaged.
10. Throttle lever and bracket assembly, improperly assembled, binding, damaged or check valve missing.
11. Valve body throttle valve or plunger sticking.
12. Valve body TV limit valve sticking.
13. Throttle link, not engaged, damaged, incorrect, burr on upper end or hanging on TV sleeve.
14. Filter, restricted, has missing O-ring or hole in intake pipe.
