The fillpipe restrictor opening must be large enough to to accept any unleaded gas pump nozzle, but small enough to prevent use of leaded gasoline pump nozzles.

Special tools are available to check the size of the fillpipe restrictor. Suggested material is non-sparking 1552 alloy.
