Procedure

1. Locally obtain a piece of soft open cell foam, approximately 50.0 mm long x 30.0 mm wide x 20.0 mm high (2" long x 1-3/16" wide x 3/4" thick).

2. Apply a coat of adhesive (suggest 3M # 08080 General Trim Adhesive, Dominion Sure Seal Spider Web Adhesive # 241590, or equivalent) to one of the 30.0 mm wide sides of the foam.

3. Open the rear compartment door of the roof console (option DK6).

4. Position the foam on the top surface of the compartment door as shown in the illustration (slightly to the left of center) and press into place until foam is adhered to door.
