Front Seat Back Replacement (Bench Seat)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the recliner assembly.
3. Remove the seat back pivot bolt.
4. Remove the seat back from the lower frame.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat back to the lower frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the seat back pivot bolt.

Tighten the seat back pivot bolt to 47 N.m (35 lb ft).

3. Install the recliner assembly.
4. Install the seat to the vehicle.
