Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

TORONADO

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain engine coolant into suitable container.
3. Discharge A/C system.
4. Remove engine cooling fan, then disconnect radiator hoses from radiator.
5. Disconnect transaxle cooling lines from radiator.
6. Remove radiator mounting panel, then disconnect coolant recovery reservoir hose and radiator electrical connector.
7. Remove radiator, then disconnect condenser inlet and outlet pressure lines.
8. Remove condenser bracket bolts, then the condenser.
