Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Service and Repair

TORONADO

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Discharge system refrigerant.
3. Unfasten retaining clip, then remove bolt and disconnect A/C line assembly from evaporator.
4. Disconnect electrical connector, then remove expansion tube fittings, expansion tube and orifice.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
