Lambda Sensor Indicator

This indicator lamp lights every 30,000 miles to remind the driver the Lambda Sensor must be replaced. When replacing the Lambda Sensor, coat the sensor threads with a suitable anti-seize compound.

Apply anti-seize compound to the sensor threads only. Do not allow anti-seize compound to touch the active portion of the sensor.

1. Remove cover from reset access port.
2. Push reset button with pin punch, Fig. 6.
3. Install cover.
