A/T - 3HP22ZF Whine Nise/No-Drive Condition

CAR: BMW & PEUGEOT, 77 & later - 3HP 22 ZF

COMPLAINT:
High pitched whine after 10 to 15 minutes of driving, usually followed by a no-drive condition.

CAUSE:
Plugged, or defective sump oil screen. (Usually not visible on inspection of screen)

CURE: Replace oil screen

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN !
