Fog Lights - Fuse

SUBJECT: FOG LIGHTS INSTALLATION
MODELS: 1986 AND EARLIER 505 VEHICLES
When installing fog lights on 1986 and earlier 505 vehicles, install a fuse as outlined below:
- Disconnect battery ground cable
- Locate wire 1B in pin 3 of fog light relay
- Cut wire 1B approximately 3" from fog light relay, and using the Proner crimpers, P.N. 9788.16, crimp a terminal P.N. 6542.53 on each end (use slots 3 and 5)
- Insert both terminals into fuse holder, P.N. 6542.46
- Insert 15A fuse, P.N. 6504.22
- Reconnect battery ground cable
