1. Remove the lower left dashpanel.
2. Unplug the tachymetric relay connector (2), Fig. 13.
3. Using the special harness on connector (2), jump pin 2 (wire 20 B+ battery) and pin 8 (wire 248) (fuel vapor recovery system power), Fig. 17.
4. Place switch in OFF position (indicator on switch OFF, alligator clamp to ground).
