Vehicles Affected, Parts, Owner Notification and Tools Information

Vehicles Affected:

Your dealership will be provided with a computer print out showing the vehicles in your inventory that will need this modification. Only those vehicles presently in your inventory or retained by you will need this modification. Future shipments of new vehicles within the serial number brackets indicated above have already been modified.
Parts Required
Sedan : 7 bolts Part Number: 6924.88
Station Wagon : 8 bolts Part Number: 6924.88

Replacement bolts will be automatically shipped to your Dealership with the computer print-out showing the vehicles in inventory or retailed by your Dealership.

Star Washer Part Number : 6958.56 Only required if missing or lost during removal.

Owner-Notification Retail customers will shortly be notified to bring their vehicles to your Dealership for this modification. If your Dealership was never allocated any of the affected vehicles, you will not receive the replacement bolts and they must be ordered through PMA Parts Department. This would apply if the vehicle was purchased from another Dealership.

Tools Required
- Posidrive #2 screwdriver
- 1/4 Drive ratchet with 3" extension, standard and deep 10 MM sockets, standard 8 MM socket
- 3/8 Drive ratchet with 6" extension and deep 10 MM socket
- 1/4 & 3/8 drive universal joints
- Combination open end/box 10 MM wrench
- Small vise grip pliers
- 6 MM drill bit
- Flashlight or droplight
- Trim pad remover or similar tool
- Other hand and power tools as found helpful
