SUBJECT: 505 REAR "GIRLING" CALIPER

The rear caliper armature to caliper spacers (1) now have a a flat section instead of circular to increase the contact surface between the caliper body and the armature. The groove in the caliper is narrower in order to maintain the same operating characteristics.
IDENTIFICATION:
The spacers of the two assemblies are not interchangeable, therefore NPD will continue to supply both types of spacers. Since the calipers are completely interchangeable, their part numbers will be identical.
